These Terms & Conditions govern use of The Unpublished, an AI-powered marketing management platform for social media, WhatsApp Business, campaign workflows, reporting, and AI-assisted content generation.

1. Use of the Platform

Users must use The Unpublished lawfully and in accordance with applicable platform policies, including policies of Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, X, and any connected service.

2. Accounts and Authorization

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, granting only authorized platform access, and ensuring they have permission to connect social media pages, ad accounts, WhatsApp Business accounts, and client workspaces.

3. User Content

Users retain responsibility for content created, uploaded, approved, scheduled, published, or generated through The Unpublished. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use, publishing, or client delivery.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The Unpublished relies on third-party APIs and services. Availability, limits, permissions, review status, and feature access may change based on each platform's policies and technical capabilities.

5. AI Features

AI features are provided to assist with marketing decisions, content drafts, reports, and recommendations. Users are responsible for validating accuracy, compliance, tone, and suitability before acting on AI outputs.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Sending spam, unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized communications.
  • Misusing connected platform APIs or violating platform terms.
  • Uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting service operation.
  • Using The Unpublished to process data without proper rights, consent, or legal basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Unpublished is provided on an as-is basis during development and beta use. We are not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, third-party API changes, publishing errors, or business decisions made from platform outputs.
